Herbie’s Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan Terms, Conditions and Purchase Agreement

The Herbie’s Car Wash Unlimited Monthly Plan, (The Plan) permits a registered vehicle unlimited car washes and is restricted to one factory-built vehicle, per plan. No after-market vehicles are permitted. A valid credit card or debit card is required for plan activation and will be charged monthly on The Plan anniversary date. The Plan will continue at the regular monthly fee until the agreement is cancelled by you or by Herbie’s Car Wash, please consider when giving this item as a gift. Credit or Debit cards declined for any reason will result in immediate plan termination.

You may cancel your plan at any time prior to your monthly recharge date. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current monthly plan cycle. There are no partial month refunds or credits, nor are there any partial month refunds, credits, or adjustments for days or times that Herbie’s Car Wash may be temporarily closed due to inclement weather or maintenance.

To redeem your unlimited washes, your assigned Customer ID Bar Code sticker must be placed on the outside of your windshield in the lower left corner near the VIN number.

You may transfer your plan to a new vehicle or switch your plan by visiting our location at 562 Main Street, Rt 18, W. Weymouth, MA 02190.

TO OPT OUT OR DISCONTINUE YOUR UNLIMITED MONTHLY PLAN, please visit us at 562 Main Street, Rt 18, S. Weymouth, MA 02190, fill out the cancellation request form at www.HerbiesCarWash.com/unlimitedplans or send an email to info@HerbiesCarWash.com including your name, Customer ID and last 4 digits of your Credit or Debit Card.

The Plan is for personal use only. Commercial vehicles such as taxis, limos, livery, fleet, shuttles, courtesy, and funeral vehicles are not permitted to join this plan and are subject to different rates.

Herbie’s Car Wash reserves the right to modify or terminate the terms of this agreement at any time.
